Chance Sign Seven-bedroom, renovated (and clean!) house just steps from the ocean in Kismet, Fire Island.

We are artists and professionals, ages 28-42. Our house empties out during Kismet's quieter midweek. There are usually 4 - 8 people here at a time.

Our proximity to the ocean makes returning to the house for food/drink/bathroom easy. Take out a kayak or a bicycle. Watch the sunset and the waves from the outdoor deck during cocktail hour (or from the jacuzzi) followed by a multi-course dinner prepared by one of our house's many classically untrained chefs.
