We are NYC artists, creatives & professionals, ages 30 - 42. We accomodate 12 people per weekend, and 7 people during the midweek.

Our proximity to the ocean makes returning to the house for food/drink/bathroom easy. Take out a kayak or a bicycle. Watch the sunset and the waves from the outdoor deck during cocktail hour (or from the jacuzzi) followed by dinner prepared by one of our house's many classically untrained chefs.
